My story
Learning by solving practical problems
My experience with technology is grounded in real, everyday needs.
I have supported computer users, prepared and maintained Windows workstations, troubleshot printers and connectivity, assisted with digital services, and helped teams collect, validate, and report information.
Those experiences taught me that technology is not only about tools. It is about understanding what someone needs, identifying the cause, choosing a safe and practical response, and confirming that the result works.
